Welcome to Alaturka.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Alaturka.com and related Alaturka digital services, including internal publishing and automation tools operated by Alaturka.

By accessing or using Alaturka.com, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or related services.

2. News and Informational Content

Alaturka publishes news, commentary, community information, cultural content, event information, and other informational material. Content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered legal, financial, medical, tax, immigration, or other professional advice.

Alaturka.com may link to or use third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Google OAuth and YouTube API Services

Alaturka operates an internal automation system known as Alaturka Automation. This system may use Google OAuth and YouTube API Services to authenticate Alaturka-managed Google accounts and upload or manage video content on Alaturka-managed YouTube channels.

Use of YouTube features through Alaturka Automation is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Alaturka Automation does not sell Google or YouTube user data and uses authorized access only for Alaturka’s internal publishing and content-management workflows.

Authorized users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account security and third-party access settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alaturka is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or related services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
